Honest video game reviews, made in Brussels since 2018
regame exists for one reason: to give players game reviews and game ratings they can actually trust, free from sponsor influence and hype cycles.
Reviews you can trust, ratings you can check
regame is an independent outlet founded in Brussels, Belgium in 2018, born out of frustration with review scores that seemed to move in lockstep with advertising budgets. We publish unbiased game reviews and clear, methodology-backed game ratings, and we never accept payment in exchange for a score.
Every review on this site is written after real playtime on real hardware, by editors who have no financial stake in the outcome. That independence is not a marketing line — it is the entire reason regame exists.
Eight years of regame
Founded in Brussels by a small group of game journalists tired of paid-for scores.
Launched our in-house PC benchmarking lab for consistent, repeatable performance testing.
Reached 500 published reviews across console, PC and indie titles.
Introduced our weighted rating system for clearer, more consistent game ratings.
Now home to 1,240+ reviews and counting, still 100% independent.
We give small studios a fair shot
Big-budget releases already get plenty of coverage. We make sure indie developers and small studios get the same careful, hands-on treatment — the same 15+ hours of playtime and the same rigorous game ratings as any AAA release, so great games don't get lost in the noise.
